Who am I?
My name is Annick Doza, your coach to guide you through emotional regulation.
I’ve been always curious about how humans discover what their talents are. I wanted to know, what is it that people FEEL when DOING what they love the most? How is it that people discover their talents despite the most challenging circumstances?
I am an introvert that learned to rewrite painful experiences in times of challenges. I noticed that my mind focuses on “what to do in times of challenges but my body demanded calmness. A paradox; Action and Rest are required in one moment in time. What force was pushing me forward and pulling me away at the same time? Did others feel the same? How can deal with this in the most efficient way for me and others around me?
This course, Hacking your emotions was born from the need to resolve the paradox of action and rest into simple and practical steps to inform my decision-making.
I learn that to execute a coherent plan of action we need to experience who we are. Gaining knowledge about what we do offer us the opportunity to honor who we really are.
