EXERCISES AND REAL LIFE EXAMPLES
Throughout the course you’ll be asked to complete 6 exercises all with the purpose of helping you to get a good start with stakeholder management. The exercises are a combination of reflective exercises and practical challenges. As an example you’re going to identify stakeholders from your real life and make a plan to approach them.
Several templates that you can use over and over are included in the course.
